All deposits to your GoWin Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. GoWin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method owned by the same individual as the GoWin Account holder. Bonus Funds awarded through GoWin promotions are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. GoWin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where it suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional offer.

Where bonus abuse is identified, GoWin reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings generated, and to close the implicated Account.
GoWin reserves the right to accept or decline any wager at its sole discretion. All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. Once a wager has been confirmed and the relevant event or game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game rules.

GoWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account holder has engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct; (c) maintaining the Account would expose GoWin or other Players to legal, financial, or reputational risk; or (d) a regulatory obligation requires such action.

Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.
Upon account closure or termination for any reason, your licence to access and use the GoWin Platform immediately ceases. GoWin's obligations to you under these Terms shall terminate, except where specific obligations by their nature survive termination (including obligations related to outstanding payment claims, data retention, and dispute resolution).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoWin Asia and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the GoWin Platform.
GoWin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your GoWin Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude GoWin's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by GoWin's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by GoWin; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
All content on the GoWin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of GoWin Asia or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GoWin Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not: reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of GoWin Asia.
GoWin Asia collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the GoWin Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
